Enjoy the *healthiest* of what they have to offer. Part of the fun of vacation is trying all the unique and exquisite dishes. Usually restaurants will have healthy and not-so-healthy dishes that fit this description. Simply choose the healthier option—for example, order the grilled salmon rather than the 10 oz. steak.

Stay active.  You may not have time to stick to your regular workout schedule, but you can simply integrate a “workout” into your daily vacation activities—for example, walk to your destination rather than taking a taxi, do active excursions rather than sedentary activities, and take the stairs to your hotel room. P.S. Make sure to bring your walking shoes and proper clothing!
