Don’t eat out every meal. Sometimes this is unavoidable on vacation, but if you can, go to the local grocery store and get sandwich supplies and fruit. Have a PB&J or ham sandwich and an apple or banana for lunch and save the eating out just for dinner. Sandwiches and fruit are convenient on-the-go foods anyway!

Go easy on the waffles. Those continental breakfast waffles are to-die-for, but it might not be the best idea to have them every morning. Try a variety of other options like yogurt and granola, fruit and whole wheat toast, etc.
