Before you start your workout, put your hair up, out of your face and off your neck to avoid it getting greasy from sweat.

Wear Waterproof Mascara, to avoid smeary black marks on your face.

Use a fabric elastic to avoid a dramatic ponytail crease.

After a workout, lightly blot the sweat off your face and body with a towel. Then wipe off with cleansing cloths.
