Reclined Twist

Lie on your back on a yoga mat. Bend your legs to a 90 degree angle, lifting your feet off the ground. While keeping your upper back on the mat, lower your legs down to the mat on one side, using the hand on that side to pull your knees down. Extend your other arm out to the side. Breathe deeply. Switch sides.
