Chest Press

        Lie on a bench (if in a fitness room) or your bed facing up with your feet on the floor, knees at a 90 degree angle. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms bent near your chest.

        Extend your arms until they are straight, lifting the dumbbells in the air. Lower your arms, and repeat.
