Marching Hip Raise

Start by lying on your back with your knees bent, soles of the feet on the floor, arms at a T.

Slowly lift your hips toward the ceiling, lifting your butt off the floor.

Raise one knee toward your chest, then lower it back down to the floor, keeping the hips up. Alternate back and forth with the other leg.
