Lacing Your Shoes
An ill fitting pair of tennis shoes may be the cause of all your running woes. If it isn’t time to completely ditch your existing pair, try one of these lacing patterns. They may just solve all of your issues.
Unless you are training for a marathon, shorter workouts may be the trick for you. Start with an 18 minute workout, or simply run 1.5 miles. The easier it gets, the more you tack on.
